Booking Details
20% Deposit immediately and full payment due 7 days before the party date.
To book a party with us, please get in touch via our contact us page, we can answer any questions, make recommendations if needed and send you a link to our booking form, once this is received a confirmation email will be sent with an invoice and all payment details attached.
Arrival time will be arranged a few days prior to your event date
All areas covered within 20 miles of Wetherby, over 20 miles may incur a fuel charge
Collection time will be arranged at time of set up
Setting up generally takes 1 -2 hours for the indoor teepees and 2 – 3 hours for the bell tent, depending on how many beds or additional extras are booked
